Channels connects an agent to the places your customers already are, beyond your website.
Channels are available on paid plans. On Free, the page shows what is available but connecting requires an upgrade.
Pick the agent you are connecting from the selector at the top — connections are per agent, not per account.

Slack

Slack

Your agent answers questions inside your Slack workspace.

Connecting

1

Choose the agent

Select it at the top of the Channels page.
2

Click Connect Slack

You are sent to Slack to authorise the app.
3

Pick the workspace

Approve the permissions Slack lists.
4

You land back on Channels

The card shows Connected and your workspace name.
One agent per Slack workspace. Connecting a second agent to a workspace that already has one replaces it. AgntLabs says so on the card before you connect.

Disconnecting

Disconnect on the Slack card. Your agent and its knowledge are untouched — only the Slack link goes.

Where Slack conversations appear

In Conversations, like any other conversation, with the Channel column showing Slack. Analytics counts them too.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp

Answer customer questions directly on WhatsApp Business. Coming soon.
The integration is built, but self-serve onboarding is not open yet — connecting a WhatsApp Business number requires approval steps AgntLabs cannot yet automate. The card stays disabled until it can.
Need WhatsApp before it opens up? Get in touch — connections can be set up manually.

How many channels

Your website

Your website is not on this page — it is on Deploy, because it works differently. Channels connects to someone else’s platform; Deploy gives you a snippet to paste into your own.
