Analytics Overview

The analytics dashboard shows you how your agent is performing — message volume, conversation quality, and customer engagement trends. What you can see depends on your plan.

Basic Metrics (All Plans)

Available on every plan, including Free. Gives you a high-level view of your agent’s activity:
  • Total messages — How many messages your agent has handled
  • Total conversations — Number of unique chat sessions
  • Messages over time — Daily/weekly trends

Performance (Standard and above)

Deeper metrics on how well your agent is doing:
  • Response accuracy — How often the agent provides relevant answers
  • Action completion rates — How often triggered actions are successfully completed
  • Average conversation length — Number of messages per session

Insights (Pro and above)

Patterns and trends to help you improve:
  • Top questions — Most frequently asked questions by your customers
  • Unanswered queries — Questions your agent couldn’t answer well (signals where to add more training data)
  • Peak usage times — When your customers are most active

Sentiment Analysis (Elite only)

Understand how customers feel during conversations:
  • Sentiment scoring — Positive, neutral, or negative tone per conversation
  • Sentiment trends — Track customer satisfaction over time

ROI Tracking (Elite only)

Measure the business impact of your AI agent:
  • Support ticket deflection — Conversations resolved without human intervention
  • Cost savings — Estimated savings compared to human support handling the same volume

Using the Dashboard

Access analytics from the Analytics tab in your dashboard. Use the date range picker to filter data by time period. All metrics update in near real-time.
Check the “Unanswered queries” report regularly (available on Pro and above). It’s the fastest way to find gaps in your training data and improve your agent’s accuracy.
