The Team page covers two things: who can reach your account, and what everyone has been doing.

Seats

Your own seat counts. Pro with 3 seats means you plus two others.

Roles

Two roles to choose from when inviting.

Editor

Can add knowledge, edit agents, publish, and manage actions.

Viewer

Can view agents, conversations and analytics. Cannot make changes.

What each role can do

There is no Admin role to hand out. The account owner is the only administrator. Deleting agents, managing the team and touching billing stay with the owner.
A Viewer opening an agent sees a View only banner naming why, and gets no editing controls at all — rather than buttons that would fail.

Inviting someone

1

Click Invite

On the Team page.
2

Enter their email and pick a role

Editor or Viewer.
3

Send

They get an email with a link.
4

They accept

They sign up or log in, and your account appears alongside their own.
Pending invites are listed separately, where you can resend or revoke them.

Changing a role

Click a member and pick the other role. It takes effect immediately, including on any page they have open.

What team members see

Your agents appear in their Your Agents list next to their own, if they have any. Everything is scoped to what their role allows. Two things follow the agent owner’s plan, not the member’s:
  • Customize — an Elite account’s branding options show for a member on a Free personal account
  • Analytics — the Performance tab follows the owner’s plan
That is intentional: the owner’s subscription is what paid for those features.

Activity

Below the roster is an activity feed — who did what, and when. Agents created and deleted, sources added, actions changed, team changes, settings updated. Click any entry for the full detail.
Worth a look if an agent’s behaviour changes and nobody remembers touching it.
