# Plans & Billing

Agntlabs.ai offers four plans to fit different business sizes and needs. Start free and upgrade as you grow.

## Message Allocation

Each plan has a monthly message limit shared across all your agents.

* **Free:** 100 messages for your single agent
* **Standard:** 1,500 messages for your single agent
* **Pro:** 12,000 messages split across up to 2 agents (6,000 per agent by default). Custom allocation is available.
* **Elite:** 50,000 messages split across up to 3 agents. Custom allocation is available.

<Note>A "message" counts each customer message that your agent responds to. System messages and greetings do not count toward your limit.</Note>

## What Happens When You Hit the Limit

When your agent reaches its monthly message limit:

* New customer messages receive a polite fallback response indicating the agent is temporarily unavailable
* Your existing conversation data and agent configuration remain intact
* The limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle

<Tip>Monitor your usage from the Analytics dashboard so you can upgrade before hitting your limit.</Tip>

## How to Upgrade

1. Go to your **Dashboard**
2. Navigate to **Settings** > **Billing**
3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
4. Enter your payment details
5. Your new limits take effect immediately

## Choosing the Right Plan
